goto expert setup then enter pin= 0101 and it will open up all the cam options and more.

I recently replaced my faulty DM 500 with a new DM100,
and i live in Holland, but the box won't read my mediaguard 3.0 simcard.
Now i cannot watch dutch television and extra channels.

There was no problem with the DM500.
I understand i can install Ccam on the DM 100
but would this solve the problem ?

-You canot install a CCcam in this box but you can flash your box with an image (patched)in which is included a CCcam for example..DM100S_MAIN_V208S.
Than you should try mediaguard card.
I think those images you can find here in dreambox 100 section.

Thanks for your trouble, i will try this, im sure it will work the same way as it did on the dm500!

PS what is s/w and is it better to wait for the automatic loader, next week ?

I will follow the instructions in the "How to upload softcam.*** file to DM100" post and use the above link, cant wait !!

I have tried to flash the box, but when i switched it off and on
something went wrong and now the box doesn't respond anymore,

Edit it tried it again and it worked !!! really chuffed, will post my findings later !

Thanks a million Lola, i can watch telly again! there are some dutch dreambox sites but they answer slowly..

Recently I got a DM100. I have uploaded a new image and a softcam.key file. But how do I make the CCCamd to read this, as it seems it doesn't as nothing happens? Tnx
